Men in canoes engage in a scrimmage, each crew of two attempting to upset rival boats - one canoe fills with water and sinks.II. 'FAMOUS FRENCH SCIENTIST. M. Turpin the inventor of turpenite and melinite, two high explosives that have helped to make the French "75" World famous.' MS of M Turpin standing with his back to the camera, feeding chickens in a yard. CU as he sorts chemical bottles, holding up one to examine it against the light.III. 'FRYATT DEMONSTRATION.
